One live record for every job, from first quote to last truck home. Insights from any record, immediately, with real-time data.
The quote is in an inbox.
The truck is on a spreadsheet.
The shortfall shows up on the day.
Ssabi puts the whole job in one live record.
Here is howRevenue, pipeline and utilization on one screen. Hand investors real numbers in seconds, and know which gear to buy or sell.
Sales, the warehouse, dispatch and the crew all work from the same job. Change it once and everyone sees it.
A quote gets signed. A truck gets loaded. Gear gets picked. Every screen updates on its own, so nobody has to call and ask.
Pull sheets, bills of lading, quotes and invoices build themselves from the job. Nothing goes out until a person says yes. Then it files itself.
Ssabi checks every booking against every warehouse, and does the math before anyone loads a truck.
Plans start at $600 per month.
Starter is $600 per month for up to 5 seats and 1 warehouse. Growth is $1,800 per month for up to 25 seats and 3 warehouses. Scale is $4,800 per month with no cap on seats or warehouses.
Annual billing is $6,000, $18,000, or $48,000. Early-access workspaces get hands-on migration included.
Request a demoSwitching software in a rental business usually means weeks of double entry and a terrifying cutover weekend. Ssabi's onboarding is built to avoid both: your data comes in with a row-level preview before anything is written, and you run both systems side by side until you trust the new one.
Spreadsheets, QuickBooks lists, or exports from your current rental software. Any structured format works.
Ssabi suggests where each column belongs, shows the rows as they will land, and accounts for every source row. Nothing is written until you approve, and a fresh import can be undone.
Keep the old system running while your team works real jobs in Ssabi. Cut over when the numbers match and you're confident.
The whole rental job, quote to invoice, in one live record.
Ssabi is equipment rental software for businesses that send gear into the field and bill for the days it is out. The warehouse, the field and the office work from the same numbers.
Equipment rental firms, event and staging companies, logistics providers, and infrastructure operators. Any business that sends equipment into the field and bills for the days it is out.
Yes. Availability nets itself across every quote, hold, sub-rental, out-of-service unit and warehouse transfer, per item and per date, so a unit cannot be promised twice. A request that would collide with an existing booking is flagged before it is confirmed.
You add a change order to the signed job with its reason. The signed quote stays intact, the change carries only the difference, and the customer approves it the same way they approved the quote. The totals and the final invoice pick up the change, and if the job got smaller you issue a credit from the invoice.
That is the most common migration. Inventory, customers, rate cards, and open jobs come in through the importer, which matches your columns to Ssabi's, previews every row, and writes nothing until you approve. The workflows that lived in spreadsheets, like availability, quoting, and billing, become live screens that stay in agreement.
Yes. Record numbers use your own format and your series continues where it left off. Imported records keep the numbers they had in your old system, and any record can be found by any number it has ever had.
Yes. Connect QuickBooks from Settings, then send an issued invoice and its recorded payments to QuickBooks without entering them again. Ssabi remembers what was sent, so a retry cannot create a duplicate.
Accepted quotes become orders, completed rentals become invoices, deposit then final. Rental periods pro-rate, freight and labor are priced on every quote, and sales tax applies by rule or through your Avalara or TaxCloud account. Payments run on Stripe with card and ACH, deposits and net terms.

Yes. Every workspace's data is isolated with row-level security enforced at the database on every query, not in the interface. It is the first thing we test and the last thing we would compromise.

Yes. Onboarding is guided and your data is imported with a row-level preview before anything is written. You run Ssabi in parallel with your current system and cut over when the numbers match.
