Privacy policy

Effective 8 July 2026. This policy covers ssabi.com, the Ssabi marketing website. The Ssabi application has its own data-protection terms, provided to customers when a workspace is created.

What we collect

If you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, company name, the option you select about what you want to fix, and anything you write in the message field. Browsing the site itself requires no account and no personal information.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to reply to you and set up your demo. We do not add you to mailing lists, we do not sell or share your details with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use the form contents for anything other than the conversation you started.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and icons from a public content delivery network; those requests are subject to the respective providers' policies.

Where it lives and how long

Demo requests are stored with our hosting and email providers and are accessible only to the people who handle demo scheduling. If a demo doesn't lead to a working relationship, we delete the request within 12 months. If it does, the information becomes part of our ordinary customer records.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top.
